They are delicious. Everybody loved them. Although I did have trouble coating them with the chocolate once they were rolled. Next time I make them I'm going to chill them before I coat them in chocolate.

I made these to put on the fruit tray at a bridal shower. I used white chocolate on the outside. They were very good, as well as pretty! You can also use nutter Butter cookies (I did that too) Great, simple recipe!

These are really easy and delicious! My family always requests these around the holidays and I have added several variations to make them different; mint oreos, nutter butter, and I've also added different flavorings to the chocolate such as almond & mint for an extra kick.

These are so easy considering how nice they look and how yummy they taste! The only hard part is getting the chocolate coating onto the rolled balls. Everyone has their own favorite method--I found a fondue skewer helpful to hold the ball while I ladled the chocolate on with a spoon. My husband used the two-spoon method (cup it with one spoon while rolling it around in the chocolate with the other). We drizzled white chocolate over them once they'd set, and they look very elegant that way. I haven't tried making them with peanut butter cookies yet, but it sounds delicious!

Wow....just made these and they are fantastic! I used my food processor to crush the cookies and then added the cream cheese and blended it together. I bought the Baker's chocolate that is already in little cups to melt in the microwave which made that part easy. I rolled the balls with no problem and put them in the fridge for 15 min. before doing the chocolate. I put the balls on a fork and used a spoon to pour the chocolate over. Then i sprinkled the crushed topping on top. Put them in the fridge until ready to serve. I thought they were easy.

These are so rich, delicious and simple! They taste just like truffles/candy from an upscale candy shop and are also very pretty when using holiday colored OREO'S! Five stars plus from me!

Awesome! Much easier to do when I just throw the cream cheese into the food processor with the oreo crumbs. I also used melted semisweet chocolate and oil for the ganache topping.

These are amazing!! I made them as a trial run for a women's dessert I'm going to in December and I had to give some of them away to a friend...otherwise I would eat them all!! I refrigerated the rolled balls for two hours before dipping in the chocolate. I dropped them into the melted chocolate, rolled them around gently with a fork and lifted them out with the fork. I had no problems with them falling apart at all. I look forward to trying other variations like Nutter Butters or adding crushed Butterfingers as other reviewers suggested!

yummy!!!! using this recipe for a bake exchange. Might try using mint oreos and white chocolate. These truffles have to be kept chilled for obvious reasons, and they are definately easier to dip when they are frozen, and the chocolate sets almost instantly.

I made these for the holidays last year. They were a hit! Everyone wanted the recipe! I use almond bark to dip them in...its very delicious! I refridgerated them for an hr before dipping them. And I also added a couple of teaspoons of water to the oreo and cream cheese mixture to soften and make them more pliable. They were wonderful and very moist on the inside like a brownie!! Hope everyone loves them as much as my family does!!

oh these were yummy! not as easy as i hoped for because the chocolate was a pain but the time and effort were well worth it! i refrigerated the oreo mix before i rolled them in to balls and then again after i rolled them. i think it made it much easier to roll in the chocolate. brought them to my company pot luck and they were devoured!!
