Easy Nacho Dip

"A quick and easy dip that everyone loves. Doubling the recipe yields enough for a party. It is great with plain chips or nachos. Sliced black olives may be used as an additional topping."

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 8 ounces chive and onion cream cheese
  • 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 2 chopped green onions

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the sour cream, cream cheese and taco seasoning. Spread the mixture into a pie dish. Sprinkle the Cheddar cheese over the mixture in an even layer. Top the cheese with the tomatoes and green onions.
