I made some changes to this recipe. I used 2 C Heavy Cream, 2 C SKIM Milk, 1 Cup sugar. I don't care for mint choc. chip ice cream, so I made my own variation. 4 Tbsp instant decaf coffee, 4 Tbsp Stabuck's Mocha Powder.
Oh my gosh, I churned it for almost 2 hours in the ice-cream maker and before I put it in the freezer my husband and 14-year-old stepson were fighting over it! It was wonderful mocha ice-cream. I didn't expect it to come out creamy because of the skim milk, but it worked like a charm after churning it that long.
