Okay. A few things: First, holy butter, Batman! Scale it back to a tablespoon and a half. I promise, it's plenty. Secondly, these cook up in less than a minute each. I dropped two of them in the pot and turned around -- they were black. The dough is so thin that you'll want to cook these one at a time. Tastewise, these are delicious. A nice, quick weekday dessert. You could even do the apples ahead of time.
