OMG!!!! This was delicious!!! Only made minor changes. I doubled the recipe, so: Added taco seasoning to 2 lbs beef, used a can of Chili beans and a can of Black beans, used a can of Rotel in place of the tomato, and used small round tortilla chips (not crushed) and placed in a 9x13 pan and an 8x8 pan (making the dish a little thinker ). I served this piping hot with tortilla chips on the side.... This was a hit!!! I will make this again and again, and infact can think of ways of making new variations of this dish: same recipe but no chips in the bottom, after done spooning the mixture into torillas to make it in a burrito style, or agin, no chips at the bottom and serving it as a warm dip dish with tortilla chips at parties.... there is a lot you can do do with this delicious dish!!!
