I baked this in a 9"x13" pan, and after 30 minutes I added a 20oz can of drained pineapple chunks topped with brown sugar, cracker crumbs, and melted butter. Next time I'll caramelize the onions beforehand, add worcestershire sauce to the meaty mixture, and double the brown sugar, ketchup, and mustard sauce, which I added some barbecue sauce to.

This was a wonderful recipe. I'm not the greatest cook that is why I searched this site for a meat loaf that was easy & great tasting. My hubby loved it. Thanks

Great quick and easy recipe and it tastes great. I have made it by also adding a chopped orange or yellow pepper. Sometimes I substitute ground Turkey instead of using ground meat, it is still awesome! Try it tonight and especially with the sauce topping, yum!

I did not like this meatloaf... I see most people did, and I'm not sure why. I did add the extra ketchup and Worcestershire sauce like suggested. It was very just very "wet" meatloaf and little flavor.

Before this meatloaf...my family dreaded meatloaf night...now they look forward to it! I swear!! The one thing I do different is I wrap it with bacon then put a second coat of the sauce on top of that. It's a hit!!

I LOVE this recipe! It tastes great and is easy. The only modifications that I made were to: 1) Leave out the ketchup 2) Put the brown sugar in with the meat and other ingredients (a mistake the turned out to be great) 3) Use BBQ sauce as a glaze 4) Bake it in muffin cups By baking it in muffin cups, we were able to get 12 servings out of it, which helps with portion control, because when I slice meatloaf, there's never enough for two meals. Great recipe that I'd certainly recommend to others.

this was excellent and SUPER easy! I've always just made meatloaf not following any specific recipe and just thought it was something I wasn't good at making. I found this recipe to not only be very easy to follow but also very moist, flavorful, and every last bite was eaten by me and my family (who are picky eaters!). I would highly recommend this to anyone as it is very simple and worth trying.

Mmm. Tasty. I made as directed and it turned out great. The loaf had cracked a bit but the taste made up for it. Thanks for sharing.
