I use this recipe all the time.It is yummy and makes the best meatloaf sandwiches the next day. That is if there is any leftover. It is a great basic recipe. Delicious and Easy.

This turned out great! I used about a half a pound of soy crumbles to up the fiber content and reduce the fat.

this was quite yummy... very moist. i used 2/3 beef and 1/3 pork and grated the onion. i also doubled the sauce but lessened the mustard as per another review. very easy but it took about 1 hour 20 mins to reach an internal temp of 165 degrees.

the only thing I added was some worcestire sauce, but it was amazing either way! I tend to double the recipe because my family is larger and we never have any of this meatloaf left over.

This really is the only meatloaf recipe you'll ever need. Having a 6 month old infant, my husband and I are big on quick and easy meals. This one is the best! We call it "weekly meatloaf" because we have it once a week now. DELICIOUS!

I liked this recipe and my kids loved it. I did a few changes like flavored bread crumbs and I added the worcestershire. I also added about 1/4 lbs of sausage. I accidentally forgot to put the sauce on while it was baking so I made it on the stove top and put it on. It was wonderful.

Tasty meatloaf that was very quick and easy to make. I only used 1 lb. of beef, so I reduced the amount of milk. This recipe is a keeper!!

I usually follow recipe exactly the first time but this time I decided to follow some of the other reviews and add worcestershire sauce and saute the onion in garlic and butter and it was great! Thanks

Ok i just made this and it was way gross. I did substitute ground beef for ground turkey, but i really don't think that was the big issue. the whole thing turned out watery and mushy and generally just disgusting. i had to cook it for an extra 45 minutes, and took it out and poured out the extra juice about 1:10 min. in to baking and it was still mushy. the flavor of the loaf itself was tolerable, but i found that brown sugar-ketchup topping to be unforgivable. Will not be making this again, sadly. I was really hoping this would be a nice, standard meatloaf i could add to my repertoire.

This was delicious even the next day! This is definitly a keeper. I also sauted the onions with minced fresh garlic in olive oil, used Italian Herb Seasoning. The only thing that I'll probably change next time is use 1 tlbs of brown sugar instead of 2 because the top tasted a bite sweet to me. The rest of the family didn't complain not a bit.

It was very good i was impressed made some minor changes. I used 2 1/2 lbs. of meat and sauteed the onions in a little olive oil and fresh minced garlic till they were soft, i used 1 cup of seasoned breadcrumbs, 1 cup of mile, 1 egg. I made the sauce with 1 cup of Ketchup, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, and 2 tablespoons of deli mustard and whisked it together. Cooked at 400 degrees for about an hour.. YUMMY!

This is the FIRST thing I have ever made that got three thumbs up from me, husband, and toddler son. I did sautee the onions and add worcestershire sauce to the meat mix. I am going to try raw onions next time, I think that would be good too.

This may not be the best meatloaf I've ever tried, but it's a very close second. I give it 5 stars because it is so yummy and the EASIEST!!! My only change is using ground turkey; it's a perfect match with the brown sugar sauce. I've made this many times & do like using sauteed onions. My family loves this with oven baked sweet potato wedges. Thank you for this wonderful, time-saving recipe.

I didn't use onions because my husband is allergic but otherwise followed the recipe as stated and it was pretty good. I thought the mustard was a tad strong but my husband really enjoyed the flavor, he says it's not like the traditional meatloaf his Mother makes but he liked it a lot. I give you his review over mine because it was only the second time I've ever had meatloaf but he rated it a 7 out of 10 and I also thought it was very good. I ate mine with rice (I'm Persian so I tend to like rice with everything) he says had we made it with potatoes and gravy or something of that nature it would have been even better.
