Oh my gosh...First off, let me say that I love meatloaf. But seriously, this is GREAT!! Easy to make and delicious taste. I made a couple of adjustments to this recipe though. First, I omitted the onions and replaced with minced garlic. Second, a few people complained that the whole meatloaf tasted like the topping, so I let my loaf cook about 40 minutes and then added the sauce to the top of it. I cut the amount of mustard in the sauce in half. I also cooked it about 15 minutes longer...rather, turned the oven off at 55 minutes into cooking and let it finish out another 20 minutes with the oven off. Turned out perfect! Not greasy at all, lots of flavor thanks to the garlic, and moist as can be. Even my boyfriend commented on how moist it was. :) Happy eating!!!!
