We loved this. My husband said he felt like he was eating at an old school diner. We love diners. :) I will make this again for sure. I served it with mashed potatoes and Greenbeans. Thanks for sharing!

Best meat loaf ever! I doubled the recipe and cooked the loaf in a 9 x 13 glass dish. Before I added the mushroom soup, I put a few large russet potatoes in the pan with the loaf, then covered everything with the mushroom soup for the last hour of baking. Me and my father each ate 2 huge plateloads of it for dinner, and I already can't wait to heat some up for lunch! Meat and potatoes, booya!!

not good. too salty. my wife and I were both "tasting" this dish for hours afterwards. stick to regular meatloaf

Easy! I doubled the meat and used 2 eggs and bread cubed (3 slices instead of crackers) and added chopped green pepper. Can't find the golden mushroom soup so just spread blue cheese dressing on top. baked at 350 for 1 hr. Even my grandkids liked it. Judy

Followed the recipe exactly. Very moist and flavorful. Like the other reviewers, I thought it seemed a little runny when you first mix it together, but it turns out perfect. Can't beat the easy prep!

Loved it! But, going into it having read some of the reviews, i knew not to expect a 'firm' meatloaf. It had a more soft, and creamy consistency.

I really like this recipe!! The only thing I changed is I put Oat Meal in instead of crackers. Oh! I also added some Zucchini and corn in it. My family and I loved the meat loaf.
