Really tasty and easy to make. Even my 8 yr. old who insisted he hates meatloaf ended up loving it. I used half ground turkey and half ground beef and it was great. Don't worry if your mixture seems really soggy before baking. It turns out fine once it's done.

I used Italian-seasoned bread crumbs instead of crackers and it was a big mistake! I think maybe the bread crumbs were smaller than the cracker crumbs would have been? But anyway, it created WAY too much filler and the meatloaf tasted like it was half bread, half meat.

Good and easy. I didn't have crackers so used plain bread crumbs. We'll make this again.

My family loved it, thanks! It has a beautiful presentation as well. The only change I made was not adding brown sugar because they don't like when it is very sweet. :o)

I didn't read the instructions carefully and added the can of mushroom soup into the mixture. i had 2 lbs of meat so it didn't look wrong but it was way too mushy after baking. Next time I will make it right. The flavor was good though. Definitely not a low sodium dish!

I loved this recipe, it was very easy to make and few ingredients required. The only mistake that I made is I put too much onion in my meat loaf and so my bf kept picking out all the onion pieces as he was eating the meat loaf:) Will definitely make it again. Thank you for sharing the recipe!

I'm not a meatloaf fan, but the whole family loves this one. It takes next to no time to prepare, and comes out absolutely yummy.

This was really good. I did substitute the beef for ground turkey but other then that followed the recipe exactly. The mixture was pretty runny but turned out fine once it was cooked. In fact it was almost too moist. I think next time I'd cut the french onion soup back to 2/3 of a can. Sage would be a great addition as well.

I didn't have any crackers, threw in some corn meal instead. It's really good (probably too much salt, though). Kind of loose when you flop it into the baking pan but really moist when you eat it.

Nothing that really stands out in this one for me. The flavor was good but mine didn't stay together all that well. Maybe if and only if I make this again I will make it in a loaf pan. This was a very simple recipe to put together just wish it would have stayed together better.

WOW This meatloaf is awsome! It tastes great. Might add alittle water or milk in the last 5 minutes of cooking to make more gravy.

I wasn't sure at first it seemed a little soggy when I mixed it but it ended up being the easiest meatloaf I've ever made and my fiance (who hates meatloaf) actually asked me to save some for him to take to work for lunch!
