Loved this! It's simple, easy and delicious! We grilled ours on the top shelf of the grill. Best tip for grilling a pork loin is get a meat thermometer! Takes out the guessing if it's done and it won't be raw or overdone and dry.

If you're watching calories this is a delicious low calorie meat that satisfies the tummy. I also cut down on the soy sauce and didn't add salt.

This was a tasty recipe, my family and I thought that this was far too salty because of how much soy sauce we had to place into it. But either than that a great recipe and next time I shalt put less soy sauce :)

I like the touch of dijon. The salt, on the other hand, is way too much. I wish I would have paid better attention to that when preparing. Otherwise this was a very easy and delicious recipe. Thanks.

very good. I added less soy sauce and added about 1 tsp worchestershire sauce and 3 tbsp dijon mustard and tbsp honey. added tsp pepper and NO SALT! cook at 425 for 30-35 mins. Important to let pork and marinade to get to room temp...for even cooking.

To me between the soy sauce and mustard, there are bound to be a high sodium content and I could not really taste much of anything else. Not terrible but, perhaps if lower sodium soy sauce was used or less and add a little more olive oil.

I really enjoyed this, as did my husband and my son. I used low-sodium soy sauce so I didn't have the saltiness other reviews were said to have. My daughter on the other hand didn't like it, but then she doesn't like anything, so I wouldn't factor that into my review. Will definitely make this again (and my daughter can have a peanut butter sandwich). Excellent!
