Made these tonight. So simple and so good. I did not have lemon extract so I used a few drops of lemon oil. Yum!!! Will definitely make these again. Wondering how other mix flavors will work.

Awesome easy cookies. I sprinkle more powdered sugar on them after removing from the oven. They have been a huge hit at potlucks. They are my go to cookie when I want to bring them to an event.

Easy recipe in the sense that there are few ingredients and prep time. Tasted good. Biggest complaint is that the batter is like glue and my hand mixer jammed and I had to work the rest by hand...not easy!

Super easy. Mine flattened out more than I liked, but they stayed soft. Husband said repeatedly that they were his favorite cookie EVER. Not my favorite as they seemed box-mix flavor rather than smotherly cookie richness, but they were good!

Adding 1/2c Flour makes all the difference! The dough is really really really sticky and hard to roll without it! :)

These are our favorites Lemon cookies now on!!! I used the zest of one lime and a Tbs of lime juice instead of lemon extract and they turned out delicious! like mini lemon cakes. So easy to make, only bad part is that they don't last long on the plate:(

This is an easy peasy recipe that's delicious. Maybe people that had to cook them for ten mins. made bigger cookies than tsp. For the first time ever I used a real tsp. I never realized how tiny they're supposed to be. Thanks for the recipe.
