These cookies are delicious! I followed the recipe exactly, except that I used the other reviewers' advice and used a TBS of lemon juice, a TBS of lemon zest, and I also added about a 1/4 tsp of lemon extract. I put the dough in the fridge for about 20 hours. It made the dough very easy to roll into balls. I used a little over a tablespoon to form the balls. After rolling the dough in the confectioner's sugar, I baked them for 9 minutes. In my oven, 9 minutes was perfect, they were just browned on the edges and perfectly chewy inside.
