simply said....these are great!! So sweet and moist and tasty. I was a little nervous about adding the lemon extract, I thought it might make them to lemony, but no they are perfect!

If you like lemons, you will love this recipe. I made one adjustment as offered by another cook who rated this recipe and used lemon juice instead of extract. It was wonderful! Thank you!

Quick, easy, and delicious!! I didn't have lemon extract, so I used the juice of one lemon and l T of lemon zest instead (as suggested by another reviewer). I baked them for about 7 minutes, do not overbake, bake until they are just light brown on bottom. Wonderful lemon flavor, I love the softness of the cookie. Great recipe for company.

I needed a quick recipe and found this one. The cookies turned out great, I used the suggestion from one reviewer to use 1/4 ground ginger, 1 tsp vanilla with a carrot cake mix. As that was the only mix I had in the cupboard, I went with it. The cookies are delicious, I will make them again.
