I served this over noodles vs the rice and needed to add a bit more cornstartch to thicken the sauce, prob because of the lack of race. Regardless this was bland. Did not care for it at all. Won't make again.

This recipe came together very quickly and was a light fresh tasting summer dish. My husband and I both enjoyed it, but I liked it more than he did. I substituted yellow squash for the zucchini and cooked the veggies in olive oil since I didn't have butter on hand. I also sprinkled each serving with salt. Turned out good.
