My kids, who normally aren't crazy about lasagna, loved this because they said it tastes like Chef-Boyardee - I didn't love it because it tastes like Chef-Boyardee.

I will never boil lasagne noodles again! I made this with a few changes and it turned out wonderful. I used quite a bit more sauce, probably 58oz or so. I like my lasagne saucy. I used ricotta instead of cottage cheese, and a little extra mozarella. About the liquid, it depends on the sauce you use. If it's watery sauce like Ragu brand, you probably don't need extra water. But if it's pretty thick like Prego, you should add some extra water. Thanks for the great recipe; it was wonderful!!

I found this to be a quick and easy Lasagna to make, and the flavor was excellent. On the downside it did not set up well and after 15-20 minutes to cool it was more like a thick stew in consistency than a lasagna. That did not bother me, but my wife did not like it being runny. I suspect the cottage cheese may have been guilty.

The entire family liked this one. I like that you don't have to cook the noodles before assembling. I did use only 24 oz cottage cheese and it seemed to be plenty. Also, had left out the parmesean. Will definately make this one again.

Good basic recipe. Just make sure to bake it long enough. Seems to be too much cottage cheese mixture for my taste and I add more sauce to mine just to make sure there is enough liquid.

Not enough flavoring in this recipe to rate it a perfect 5 stars... needs Italian seasoning, extra garlic, etc. Other than that was TOTALLY easy and quick to prepare. It seemed to have enough liquid by the time it was all assembled, so I only added 1/4 c. water around the edges. It still turned out slightly runny, so next time I'll probably use even less than that. I will definitely make this again, maybe tweaking it to my own tastes a little more.

This is really good I added mushrooms and onion to mine. While I ground the beef I added 2tsp of apple cider vinegar this kicked the flavor of the meat up a notch. Thank you!

This was great the first day, but the next day left-overs weren't good at all. We love next day lasagna and the flavor of this had changed by the next day. It did taste somewhat better warmed in the oven as compared to microwave warming. Won't make again.

It was my first time making it. So easy and it was delicious. I'll add garlic and onion next time for more flavour. I also will substitute ricotta for cottage cheese as I have never tried it before in lasagna. Thanks!

Amazing! So easy! Made it almost exactly as the recipe states but I only had one egg so I used only one egg and added a little oil to help with the binding. Everyone in my little family ate more than 1 helping and over half of the pan was gone. This is going in my regular dinner rotation schedule!
