Deelish. I added 2 cups ricotta rather than the 32 oz. and 1 1/2 cups water rather than more sauce. Also put in some thawed spinach.

I thought is was great. I added a few things though. I added a layer of corn and a layer of french style green beans. I also added a pound of pork sausage to the sauce mix. My family absolutely loves it.

I like this recipe a lot. Easy to make, tastes great. I did have a problem with it being watery. I am going to try mixing the extra liquid with the sauce next time and use a little larger pan to see if that makes a difference. It seemed that it just sat on top and did not reach the bottom of the pan because there was no room for it to get there. With a more even distribution, I am hoping that it will take care of the soupiness.

This was pretty easy lasagna. I did have a hard time following the stratification of the layers, but it turned out very good. This will definitely become my staple lasagna for when I want a no fuss lasagna. Thanks a lot for the recipe!

This recipe was very good for a simple lasgna. I wanted something quick and easy and this was it! I actually used a can of meat spaghetti sauce instead of cooking ground beef since it would just take more time which I didn't have. I'm sure the cooked meat would make it taste even better but it was still delicious with the canned sauce with added meat.

LOVE Lasagna! This is easy and now a regular menu item for us. I added garlic, pepper and italian spices to our taste. I use ground Turkey and the the Prego brand Meat sauce, larger jar and omit the water. IT IS AWESOME!

I'm really not at all confident with cookery, but I've made this twice now and it makes me feel great when it comes out of the oven. The first time I used up some chopped large mushrooms. this time I've stuck to the recipe, put some grated red cheese on top as I'm a bit of a cheesaholic. Anyway, great recipe to build up some confidence!! and p.s. it tastes divine!

Six of us ate Lasagna last night at my house. I used the Easy Lasagna II recipe and it was wonderful. There wasn't even any left over for the dog to lick the pan. This morning I talked to one of the couples and they commented that it was the best Lasagna they'd ever had. They went so far as to say that if they were going out to eat and wanted Lasagna this recipe would be what they were willing to pay a good restuarant to eat.

Very good and easy, but I found it a bit too meaty for my taste. I substituted fresh parsley, which gave it good flavor.

Yum! Made a few changes...on purpose and accidentally. Added chopped onion and garlic while browning the meat. I accidentally bought CHIVE cottage cheese. Still turned out great! But definitely ended up with way too much of the cheese mixture so will reduce the amount the next time. Enjoy!

This was simply the best lasagna recipe my family has ever had!! I used the no boil noodles. They worked great. The only change I would consider making is to not put the water along the edges. Or at the very least check the moisture in the pan before adding. Leftovers were super. The first time around the lasagna was a little soupy.

Every summer we have many "batches" of tomatoes with which I immediately make a thick and meaty sauce. Then I freeze it in quart-sized Ziploc bags for future reference. I thawed 2 bags of the meat sauce and made up a big lasagna pan basically following this recipe's protocol and I was amazed at how you could use plain old lasagna noodles without cooking them first. It was definitely an easier process ----- and with homemade spaghetti sauce, it was top-notch! With about 40-plus quarts in my freezer, I'll definitely do this again!
