Absolutely awesome! I followed a few tips. The 2 cans of condensed milk and 3/4 cup lime juice. The increase fit the crust perfectly. Yes, I used a pre-made graham cracker crust. Man, it was something else. I am stubborn about my star giveaway. Not this time! 5 stars!

SOOOOOOO easy! And quick! Great flavor with so few ingredients! I used bottled lime juice and it tasted really good but I will try with fresh juice next time because I know it'll be ever better! Slices held together very well after about an hour of cooling uncovered in the fridge.

This was a very easy recipe and quick. Nice tart flavor! I made these in individual pie servings and cooked them for about 8 minutes.

Made so many changes, it didn't seem like the same recipe... I took a lot of the suggestions, but a great base recipe. Mine turned out fantastic!

This recipe is a great base. I took previous advice and used 4 egg yolks and 2 cans of condensed milk and it comes out wonderful every single time. This recipe is no fail. I always top my cooled pie with lots of Cool-Whip. Love this recipe!!

This is an awesome recipe. I have made it two different ways, first I messed the recipe up and used 5 whole eggs and to my suprise it came out delish (had more of a cheese cake consistancy)! The last time I followed the recipe to a T and it came out really good as well(more of a gelly consistancy). Both times I made the pie I used a little lime zest in the filling. Either way this is one great recipe!

I've never made key-lime pie before but this one was so easy and came out great! It almost tasted like The Cheesecake Factory's Key Lime Cheese Cake. I put a dollop of whipped cream on top and my guest and fiance loved it! I followed the reviewers recipes and used two cans of condensed milk. I couldn't find key lime juice so I squeezed 5 fresh lemons, 7 fresh limes, and 5 key limes (the little limes) which was exactly one cup of juice, and used that instead. I did make my own crust. It is an awesome crust and so simple. Its the same crust I use on my cheesecake. Buy cinnamon honey graham crackers and crush up two of the packages that come inside the box (not two boxes) into crumbs. Add 2/3 cup white sugar and 1 cup melted butter. Stir it well. You should be able to press this into a pie or cheesecake pan. Make sure if you use a cheesecake pan you put another pan under it in the oven to catch any dripping butter.

I made my own graham cracker crust and pressed them into cupcake liners. Filled 2 cupcake tins with 4 yolks, 1 C of juice (30 key limes) and 2 cans of condensed milk. Into the oven for 15 minutes and voila! Perfect portions of key lime pie. I froze a dozen of them for later snacking. I plan on serving with homemade whipped cream and toasted shredded coconut. If served plain, the key lime is quite tart.

I follow the original recipe except I use half lime and half lemon juice (no key lime in this part of the world), and it tastes so good. The second time I use 2 egg york and 2 eggs, instead of 5 yorks, and it still tastes the same. I went to Robuchon today and I tried his lemon pie, it tastes exactly the same with the same texture! My family is very surprise and think I am a world-class cook (LOL). Well, Robuchon's pie has an additional layer of sweet raspberry crust at the bottom of the pie, between the pie crust and the egg/lemon custard.I am thinking how to do that, cuz his is very impressive too.

I loved this recipe for it's simplicity and flavors. Juicing key limes can be quite a chore, but I just cut them in half and squeezed the juice out using my garlic press. Quick, simple, the press catches any seeds and it gets out every drop of juice.
