This was way too rich for most of the party. I would not make this again even though it was easy.

5 stars, 10 stars, 50 stars!!! This was AMAZING!!! I made it for my birthday party. I am one of the slowest cooks in the world and it only took me 30 minutes to get it in the freezer. It turned out great regardless of the fact that it was melting when i was making it. The only subsitutuion i used was whipped cream from a can instead of whipping cream or whatever you were supposed to use. It is true that this recipe calls for more than 16 bars (I used 24 and still had some room leftover) but that doesn't matter cuz it tastes SO good! Thank you for this recipe. :)

I used 19 bars total but it didn't fill pan all the way to edges. Doesn't really matter because I followed recipe exactly and this dessert was delicious. My whole family agreed and even my nephew, who doesn't like chocolate, LOVED this dessert. Thank you so much for sharing!!!

Made this for my kids' birthday parties this summer. Everyone loves it and it only takes 10 minutes to put together. I made it the night before which was really convenient I think the ice cream sandwiches I bought were the standard size of most brands available and I needed 22, not 16, which is my only complaint about this recipe.

This was the perfect birthday dessert for a hot day! Not only was it easy to make, it had the presentation of a pricey specialty store cake. Everyone loved it!

this is so easy! I have also reversed crumbled chocolate bar( with toffee centre )and placed in the middle layer and then on top layer instead of crumbled choc. I use caramel and/or chocolate syrop! Very yummy

I took this to a volunteer appreciation at school and had many people stop me in the hall for the recipe. I added butterscotch after the hot fudge sauce and it was delicious. Great recipe, thanks!

Really simple and always enjoyed. And a great starting point for creative additions like peanut butter and peanuts, or butterscotch and toffee bits or strawberries....

I added caramel ice cream topping and pecans between layers for a complete indulgement experience. Decorated the top layer with 3 cherries. It took two boxes of ice cream sandwiches to fill the two layers.(I had two sandwiches left over) I used Blue Bell brand. It was the talk of the party. Everyone wanted the recipe. They couldn't believe it was so simple. My kids are begging me to make it but this time just for home.
