I had high hopes for this recipe, but my family didn't like it at all. I thought it would be similar to Aimee's Chicken... one of my hubby's favorites.(found here on allrecipes) So, I was hoping for another favorite to go into the rotation, but no such luck.

I made just a few changes. I used cooked cubed chicken, added some already cooked rice and used honey mustard dressing instead of the separate honey and mustard. It cooked in a lot less time and made a great casserole with lots of flavor. My picky kids love it!

Very good chicken recipe. I will be making this often! Even my 3 year old who doesn't care for chicken, ate it. I didn't give it 5 stars since it is nothing spectacular and it's pretty simplistic. I turned the chicken over quite a few times and basted it while it was cooking. I also used shredded mozzarella since that was all I had on hand.

Great recipe. Used Colby & Monteray Jack cheese (didn't have mozzerella) and had no bacon, but this is a keeper. Thanks.

SIMPLE, simple, simple! Family loved it! Mine was even quicker than the original. I laid the chicken (cut up) in the pan, poured desired amount of mustard over the chicken, then poured desired amount of honey, sprinkled with 'real bacon' from the salad isle topped with sliced (not shredded) mozzerella. Smelled great while cooking! A+

YUMMY! My girlfriend and I got together for a 'girl's night' and this was the dish we chose to try for dinner. The chicken was excellent and the both of us were so pleased! I paired the chicken with asparagus and some rice pilaf, but there are tons of options of what can be served alongside the yummy chicken breasts. My boyfriend ate the left-overs the next afternoon and he asked if I could make it fresh for him some day- this is a keeper, as no one can ever go wrong with bacon :D

Really I'd give this about 4.5 stars, but not an option. Very good meal though I'd omit the lemon pepper as the additional flavor is just not needed and takes away from the honey mustard. Next time I'll probably use some garlic powder or just some fresh ground pepper when I make it. However, it is a keeper.

This is a staple in my family. If I'm running late, I'll precook the chicken, just fry in a pan for 3 min per side and use back bacon. Then place everything in a pan, which cuts the baking time in half.

Great recipe! My husband loved it and there was no leftovers! I took the other's suggestions and wrapped the chicken w/ the bacon when first baking it and it came out great.

Very tastey!! My husband loved it!! I eat low carb so I used sugar free honey and it turned out great! After reading reviews (thanks guys), I added my bacon when I first put in oven so bacon would cook more and added the cheese later as the recipe suggested we are also not a lemon pepper kinda family so I just used salt and pepper - excellent!

This was a good, easy chicken dish. My husband, who doesn't like mustard, even said it was really good. The only change i made was to use prepared honey mustard sauce for convenience.

For us, this was just ok. The bacon did not crisp, I ended up taking it off and cooking it separate and crumbling on top. The sauce was very thin although that didn't bother me too much. I don't know the whole combo of flavors; honey, mustard, bacon, cheese; just didn't really thrill me. Thanks for sharing though, it was worth a shot.

This is a great recipe, however next time I will make a few changes. This would have tasted much better prepared with Dijon instead of yellow mustard. Also, I will omit the lemon pepper seasoning and just add some poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Other that, this was excellent, and I know it will taste even better with a couple changes. I served with steamed white rice with a little butter and salt..went very well together. Thanks for the recipe!
