Easy Herb Frittata

"This frittata is a great way to use up leftover eggs, meat, and cheese in your refrigerator."

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 8 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 4 ounces OSCAR MAYER Shaved Smoked Ham, chopped
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, divided

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat eggs and water with wire whisk in medium bowl. Stir in ham, 1/2 cup of the cheese and 2 tablespoons of the cilantro.
  2. Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  3. Bake 30 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining cilantro.
