My first time making guacamole. It was an good entry-level recipe, but it left a lot to be desired. I did add sour cream, used a teaspoon of cilantro, a LOT more lime, and blended everything in a food processor, but the taste was still so-so. Something was missing, and I can't quite put my finger on it. My search for the perfect guacamole recipe will continue!

Awesome guac! Made it for a Cinco de Mayo party and it was gone in a flash. I used a little less lime, used a red onion (a little more than what was called for), and home made pico de gallo instead of tomatoes. It was incredible.

First time I've ever made Guacamole and the name says it all! I might try to add a few more ingredients next time for a bolder taste, but this is simple and easy. Thanks!

I usually make guacamole without a recipe and this was by far the best one I've made. I used more garlic, less tomato, and added a little soymilk. I blended the avacado, onion, garlic, lime juice and soymilk in my magic bullet before adding the tomatoes. It was awesome!

Great! I used a few tblsp of med. salsa instead of the tomatoe, and it turned out great. Oh ya, added LOTS of garlic too :)

Very simple recipe but it needs more spices to deserve 5 stars. I added fresh cilantro, ground cumin and half a yellow jalapeño.

Absolutely delicious! This recipe for guacamole saved the day! I thought there was some of that guacamole mix stuff left, but there wasn't and the grocery store by my house didn't have it. I rushed here to find a guacamole recipe, and I found this one. Thank goodness! It tasted sooo good! I omitted tomatoes though because my mom's a bit picky with her guacamole. Thanks so much for this delicious recipe!

Thanks for a delicious recipe, my 4 year old and 18 month old ate it with spoons, didn't even need chips it was so good! I used the recommendations to add vinegar, sour cream, salsa and cilantro. I also saved 1/2 an avocado and just chopped it for a chunkier texture, delicious!

I've never bought an avocado, let alone made guacamole as I'm not much of a guacamole fan. It must be because I've never had guacamole this way! This was excellent. I halved the recipe and used about 1/4 c salsa instead of the tomato since I didn't have one on hand. I also added 1 tsp of olive oil and used my food processor to blend it together. Thanks for the great recipe!

I take this to fanily events, and it is always a hit. It is better than the guacamole served at most restaurants.
