This was pretty good...but not the best guacamole I've had. I also found it to be a bit bland as someone else stated. The problem may have been the size of avacadoes...I had really large avacodoes, so it probably needed a little more of everything else.

This is awesome! I didn't have any fresh limes, so I used 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of bottled lime juice, which worked just fine. The bowl was empty by the end of the night!

I put it all in a food processor and it was quick and easy. I am not a guac expert, so it was good enough for my taste

Great recipe. The first time I made it I squeezed the recommended 1 whole lime, but the taste of lime was overpowering. The second time I used just one half of a lime and it was perfect. This guacamole tastes just like it would at a restauraunt!

This is a great recipe; this was also great when I added some low-fat sour cream to the mix.

This has become a house favorite! Dh isn't keen on avocados but I could eat them by the truck load! And it's not *really* guacamole unless it has tomato in it!!! We altered it a bit but it is just devine! We added onion flakes instead of an onion; added fresh minced garlic that you can buy in jars and added a fair more than that equal to a clove; used 2 whole peeled canned tomatoes and chopped them; used juice from half a lemon (instead of lime); pepped up with some cayene pepper and a bit of chile. YUMMY!!!!

Make sure to use real limes...I tried with the lime juice-it did not seem to taste the same. Easy and good!

Absolutely perfect guacamole! I used a little less onion..just what I had on hand and added a dash of cayenne. Husband raved about it and he's not a raver usually. Will make again often.

Very good guac. I did add a little dried red pepper to this for a kick. Serve with Xochitl chips and a margarita and their's nothing better.

It was my first time making guacamole. This is as easy as it's name suggests. It came out delicious. I really was so proud. I added sea salt instead of table salt.

Definitly an easy recipe, but I personally found it a bit bland. Also I found that the onion was a bit much and would only use half a small onion for this quantity next time.

Very easy and a great basic recipe. I wouldn't recommend upping the garlic without upping the other ingredients.... I put two cloves in, and it was VERY garlicky!!!!

This recipe was great! We will use it every time we have company over. When I make it for myself I omit the garlic and onion because that's the way I like it.
