Made enough for two. Used only one avocado - wasn't enough - had to add sour cream into the recipe. Overall, a very satisfying nacho dip. Would suggest leaving in fridge 12-24 hrs to really mix up the flavors.

This was a good base recipe. I cut back a little on the onion, added a couple splashes of hot sauce and some cilantro. Good starter, though

The recipe seems bland and after reading the recipes I agreed. I halved the amount of onion, used 3 avocados, a little sour cream and added cilantro> The cilantro gave it the flavor it needed and added a nice little kick!

Really good basic guacamole recipe! Just the right amounts of everything. I minced the onion in my mini chopper, and it blended nicely. Will definitely make again!

This was good but I prefer Best Guacamole from this site just a little bit better. Not sure if it is because the other recipe has olive oil added to it but this was worth making also. Thanks

Nothing wrong with this recipe (that means it's good!). Also pleased that it did not brown quickly (thanks lime!).

Very tasty recipie. I left out the tomato and onion, added more garlic (total of 3 cloves minced), 1/2 of a jalapeno pepper minced, and used lemon instead of lime - I received more compliments on this recipie than ever before!

This is a FANTASTIC recipe. My only suggestion is to add some cayenne pepper, which can be adjusted to taste. It adds that little extra flavor.

This is the ***BEST*** guacamole recipe! ==> After scouring all suggestions from other reviewers, here's what you can do to make people continue to beg for more: Use only the juice of 1/2 of a lime. Add chopped cilantro, green scallions, a splash of olive oil, a capful of white vinegar, Pace salsa and 1 tbsp sour cream (for creaminess). I haven't bought guac from a store nor eaten it in a restaurant since I started making it this way!
