I used fresh rosemary since I hate the sharp leaves of the dried rosemary you get in the spice aisle, and added some stock as other reviewers suggested. Covering with foil would have worked also. Nice flavor.

Made this for my family on Sunday. I had to find something healthy because somebody's on a diet. This went over really well and the chicken was tender and juicy. Took anothers advice and made sure the rosemary was finely chopped.

My rosemary was very sharp. Flavor was good, but could not enjoy it. Any tips for softening the rosemary?

I used 1/4 cup rosemary instead. Also, covered pan with tinfoil and added about 1/4 c. fat-free chicken broth. Used lemon-pepper in addition to lemon juice and thought it gave it just the right zip. Served with wild rice. A healthy and tasty meal overall.

The flavor from the seasonings was very good, but chicken (baked uncovered) was a little dry. Would be good if you were serving with a really "saucy" side dish. Used lemon pepper seasoning instead of lemon juice.

It had a nice flavor, but the chicken was very dried out. I should have listened to other posters and either used more lemon juice or covered it with tin foil.

I followed the tip to reduce rosemary to 1 tsp and cover with foil half way through. I did not add any extra lemon juice (personal preference) and chicken did not dry out.

Very tasty, I love rosemary seasoning but did cut back on it considering the other reviewers. Used olive oil instead of lemon. Yummy, thanks for the recipe!

Fantastic recipe. I added about 1/3 cup of white wine just to give some additional flavor and it turned out great. I made it with the Italian Peas from this site and it was a meal I will definitely be making again.

I will try this recipe again with about 1/2 the amount of Rosemary. Perhaps I will like it better that way. Mikey did like it though

Absolutely delicious! Chicken came out tender, moist and full of flavor. paired with green beans and some packaged chicken-alfredo noodles (yeah, it's time to go grocery shopping again). Will definitely be adding this to my recipe book.

I also used fresh rosemary, and a lot more lemon juice. It was excellent, everyone enjoyed but could use more garlic next time.

My family didn't really care for this recipe, the seasoning was a little strong. I may play around with it some and try again, but not sure.

Omit the lemon juice, and try rolling the breasts in extra crispy shake and bake after rubbing with garlic, salt, rosemary and pepper. DEEEEELICIOUS!
