As suggested by other reviews, I used olive oil instead of butter. Plus, I made my own bread crumbs (I highly recommend this). The seasonings I used for my bread crumbs were as follows: basil, oregano, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and parmesan. Depending on how many slices of bread you use, will determine how much seasoning to use. For six slices of bread (finely diced in the food processor), I used approximately 1/2 tspn of each seasoning. I did add slightly more parmesan to the seasoning mix (approximately 1/4 tspn more).
