I liked this recipe for it's simplicity and ease. Usually when I want to cook a quick dinner, I just lightly season some chicken breasts and throw it on the *generic indoor contact grill*. When I found this recipe, I was pleased that it contained ingredients that I always have on hand. I had plain bread crumbs, which I seasoned with garlic salt, parsley and cracked black pepper. I used about 3/4 of a stick of butter (6 tablespoons) and probably 9 medium sized cloves of garlic.
While sautéing the garlic, I placed the chicken breast in the butter and let it sit there for a good 15 seconds before flipping, then dredging in the crumbs. After that I put it on the contact grill and it crisped up nicely. It was a good change of pace!
