Delicious! We're on a low carb diet, so I substituted grated parm, only on the top, in place of the bread crumbs. Also used another reviewer's idea to add some crushed red pepper flakes (very little)also parsley flakes and a smidge of Italian seasoning. Fantastic flavor! :)

Well it only gets a 5 the way I made it... I used olive oil instead of butter. I used plainbeadcrumbs but seasoned with salt & italian seasoning. Awesome I also satueed fresh mushrooms in fat free butterspray with Marsala. Made great leftovers for the Panini machine using Swiss cheese & soft oatmeal bread. Definitely a keeper.

Pretty Decent Recipe, I first saw it on one those morning shows. I chose to tweak it a little, instead of regular bread crumbs i used the Panko bread crumbs, it eliminated the gritty texture that the regular bread crumbs can sometimes cause. Also after fully coating the chicken with the butter and crumbs you should refrigerate it for about 15 min for everything to stick. Otherwise the coating will come off in the pan. Real Tasty recipe over all.

My whole family loves this, even the kids!!! I found that if you wrap the chicken with foil before baking it's really tender. If you like your meat a little more brown remove the foil about halfway through. This recipe also works with porkchops.

It's very tasty. I followed the recipe step by step. I found in the end that there's too much butter involved, and hence it's clearly an unhealthy dish. On the other hand, its very easy to do and moreover it only requires everyday ingredients. I'll definitely make it again.

I was looking for a different way to make chicken for my husband and me and found this recipe. We absolutely love garlic and a lot of our dishes include garlic. So in short, I made it for a "date night" dinner last night and we absolutely loved it. I will definitely make this again and show off to company! We love quick and easy, and this recipe couldn't have been more simple!

This recipe was really, really good. My hubby even liked (which says a lot) He said that it tasted like KFC chicken. LOL I didn't have boneless/skinless on hand today but I had a whole chicken that was cut up in pieces and used that. Still came out very good!!! Will definitely make this again!!!

This is a great, easy and quick recipe, i would say definitely use olive oil with garlic to coat with the breadcrumbs, it's much easier and adds it own unique taste. One tip i would give is - Sear the meat in a heavy based pan to seal the breadcrumbs and then transfer the pan to the oven. Cook with butter in the pan and you get the best of both worlds. Also, add some mixed herbs to the Parmesan cheese to sprinkle over chicken, before you put it in the oven and it will form a beautiful crust. You can use this formula for any light meats, i've used turkey, pork and lamb all turned out great.

This is my 2nd time making this & it is sooo good. Surprizingly moist. I used both chicken breast & thighs(boneless). Next time I will add a little more garlic(just because I really like garlic). Great easy recipe!

I've been making making this butter before finding it on Allrecipes. MY DH loves it. I use a butter/ olive oil mix, tons of garlic, a handful of chopped cilantro or parsley and a dash or two of salt. It's always made in bulk so that I can toss it in the fridge for later use. It can be chucked in the microwave for a few seconds to melt for the garlic chicken. We use it on bread products before toasting to make a yummy garlic bread as well.

For the sake of cooking time I used chicken tenders. I reduced the cooking time by 20 minutes. I also used Panko bread crumbs for a crunchier chicken. This recipe was very quick and easy. Three out of 4 members in my house like the recipe.

The name says it all...it was certainly easy! It took exactly 1 hour to baked and had a good taste, although next time I might use more garlic.
