I do a halved chicken, cook for 55 minutes - 65 minutes until no longer pink, and then broil for 5 minutes.

I was looking for a quick and easy recipe as I'm on mat leave w twins. I didn't have minced garlic but just used whole garlic cut into small pieces. Loved this! Delicious.

Very tasty, and extremely easy. Great change to the bone in chicken thighs I didn't know what to do with. Thanks for the recipe!

Our family loved this recipe! My husband is a big broiled chicken fan and wanted me to make a new yet good recipe! I stumbled across this recipe and decided to give it a try! Boy was it a success!!!! We all loved it (including my very picky 4 yr. old daughter!) (one slight change I did was that I used margarine instead of butter.) I served it with garlic roasted couscous! Would def. make this recipe again and recommend it highly to others! Thanks for posting!

I doubled this and threw the chicken on the grill. I didn't use foil, but probably should have to cut down on the flames. But actually, it really charred up nice. It had a crisp charred skin and really juicy meat! I then took the left overs the next day, threw some bottled BBQ on it and popped it in the microwave - WOW! the char mixed with the BBQ made it taste like it just came off the grill again!

Absolutely delicious! I followed the recipe and used all the butter, however, I baked at 375 for about 35-40 minutes, and then broiled for about 4 minutes. I also kept brushing the chicken ( I used thighs) with the sauce and especially before broiling. Very flavorful and tender. This one's a keeper!
