Mine was too soggy but we ate it anyway. Loved the flavor! Practice makes perfect! Definitely going to try again!

very quick to make, I just hade to add consome because it was a bit sour.

I cut this in half and used regular margarine in place of butter. So simple and good! Thanks for sharing.

Great and so easy and fast. Everyone likes it. 2.5 yr old asked for seconds and to have it again the next night. Made exactly as directed.

this was quick and easy. i also used olive oil instead of canola oil. it was a bit oily but next time i will just use less oil and butter. i also added a splash of soy sauce for a little more flavor.

I really liked this recipe, although the second time I made it, I cut down the oil and butter and I thought it was better. Thanks!

I reduced the butter/oil amounts drastically, but the basic idea is perfect.

Good, I will make this again, but maybe with a little less garlic. I also served it as an addition to grilled cheese sandwiches. Yum.

Good simple recipe, but too oily for me-at least for the light side dish I was looking for. I think the amount of butter and oil could be reduced by half and be plenty.

I thought this not very good. The amount of oil and butter made it a soggy mess. We won't make again.

Great! I usually read the reviews before I make a dish and followed a couple of changes. I didn't use as much butter (the thought of that much better kinda repulsed me) and I added a splash of balsamic vinegar. Perfect!!!

It was pretty greasy. I don't think I'll make these again unless I try with other suggestions.

This was good, but I would modify next time. I used olive oil instead of canola this time and I only used half of the garlic. Next time I will half the oil/butter and use 1/4 of the garlic. It was just too much garlic for my taste. My husband loved it though.

Easy and delicious. I cook green beans this way also. Just put the lid on and steam the beans until they are tender.
