I found that this needed something more as many others did so I added half of one of those newfangled lemons which are a combination of a lemon and a mandarin orange. I also added a couple of turns of the sea salt grinder.

Very good. Works well as recepie calls it... didn't do this but after having had it...might sprinkle a little bit of parm. cheese on top when we plate it.

Fantastic! I didn't change a thing. I cooked it a little bit longer just to burn off some of the water. I served it over rice and it was wonderful. This will be a repeat.

My family didn't like the butter very much. When I made this again I used only 2 tbsp of olive oil instead and no butter. My kids no longer like 'plain ole' spinach and actually request it with this way now.

I found that all the measurements for this are off resulting in something that is greasy and too garlicy (is that right, garlicy?) so if I try again, the oil, butter and garlic would be drasticly reduced.
