delicious! made for my boyfriend and he ate 2 in 3 minutes! So easy!! Leave the top bun off so the cheese is nice and melty in the middle!! A keepe!

Super easy and super good! Might try them on garlic loafs next time...garlic spread on the bread and in the broiler for a couple of minutes!

Very nice. Couldn't find Hoagies so I went with Submarine buns. Followed someone's suggestion to sauté onions and sliced mushrooms and added them before cheese went on and they went into the oven. Very filling - very tasty. Will do it again.

This recipe has quickly become a family favorite. It's easy and quick to make and most importantly, tastes delicious. I had the roast beef "shaved" at the butcher so it was extra thin. I also added sauted sweet onions and portabella mushrooms. My husband and son both said "Delicious!"

This was excellent and easy and quick! I made the 'French Baguettes' from this site, which were perfect for these sandwiches. I used beef broth, which I thought worked just fine, and also added some garlic powder and Natures Seasoning. I accidentally boiled the beef mixture and found that the beef really shrunk in size and I wished that I had prepared a little more. Perfect easy dinner!
