Very good, I made a few changes to it. I added 1/2 tspn of rosemary, 1/4 tsp of gralic salt and a little red wine and some onions to the broth. On medium heat until the onions became cooked, tossed in the meat for 3 minutes as suggested.
Then placed the meat, cheese and onions on the rolls until the cheese melted. Very Good.
