Original Recipe Yield 1 - 9 inch square baking dish
 

Ingredients

  • 2 (21 ounce) cans cherry pie filling
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9 inch square baking dish.
  2. Dump cherry pie filling into baking dish. In a medium bowl, stir together rolled oats, brown sugar, flour, baking powder and chopped. Pour over cherries. Drizzle melted butter over top.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until lightly browned.
