Yum Yum Yum! I wanted to make mint truffles, and cheated :P Instead of using mint flavorings, I bought the mint and chocolate chip baking bits, and used that in place of the amount of chocolate chips. Turned out perfect! Super quick and easy, super yummy!!

These were so much fun to make that I don't even care if they're delicious or not (which they are). My friend came over and we had such a good time experimenting with flavors and "coverings" that we probably ate as many as we saved. We used a tablespoon of flavoring for each and my favorite was the Chambord liquor. I'm looking forward to serving them at an upcoming Christmas party.

These are amazing! I've been making truffles as part of my holiday goodies for over six years, using Martha Stewart's recipe. While they are excellent, they are also VERY time consuming! Now, with soon to be three children ages four and under I really needed something quick that I could do start to finish at nap time - and this recipe was it! I honestly can't even taste the difference between these and Martha's and neither could my husband! And they were ready in a quarter of the time! I HIGHLY recommend this recipe and plan to use it every year from this point on!

I thought this recipe was great and super easy to make. We rolled ours in nuts, unsweetened chocolate powder and sprinkles. They turned out wonderfully and our guests enjoyed them!

These were insanely delicious! I took these to my son's hockey tournament this afternoon as a THanksgiving treat for the parents. They all loved them and could not believe that they were homemade! I divided the recipe in thirds before adding the extract. I made one batch with mint extract, one batch with vanilla and one batch with bailieys. I also dipped each batch in melted chocolate. Some in white some in semi sweet and some in milk. Splurge and use good quality chocolate in the recipe it's worth it for the extra dollar or two it will cost. To dip the balls in melted chocolate I inserted a tootpick just slightly into each ball before dipping. This made for a smooth finish and if gentle, produced a perfect truffle! I also suggest adding a tsp. of shortening to the melted chocolate. It makes the chocolate "shine" after they cool. This recipe is fussy but well worth the end result!!!!!!

These were so easy and a huge hit - I brought them to two different parties and got rave reviews at each. I rolled half of them in cocoa powder and the remaining half in powdered sugar. Delicious!!

MONEY MAKER!! I was looking for ideas for a holiday show last year. I made this recipie and it made tons for a cheap price. Not only that, but you can change the vanillia to any flavoring you want and garnish with the coordinating ingrediant. I put rasberry flavoring in it and garnished with a rasberry. Possibilities are endless, mix match, even add flavor liquer to make a great acholic treat. Just don't let the kid's have them.

This was a great recipe. To melt the chocolate chips I had a pot with water on the stove on a medium-high heat and used a small metal bowl to melt the chips in. It came out extremely smooth and creamy. Add the melted chocolate to the cream cheese mix. I made four different batches in different flavoring. My nephews and niece really loved them, that is a great sign. :)

I am a very new cook :) I tried this, firstly I had to put the mix in the freezer for a little only then it hardened and I was able to roll it. I used chocolate chunks to melt, but I could not get the consistency correct, it was not dripping so when i tried dipping the truffles it did not come out smooth, the chocolate just gunk up.

Very Easy to make. I changed up the recipe a bit. I love peanut butter and chocolate so I decided to add a few tablespoons of peanut butter. As I started getting the ingredients out I realized I did not have enough semi-sweet chips. So I did 1 1/2 cups of semisweet and 1 1/2 cups of white chocotale chips. I rolled them in crushed graham crackers and I loved them! Awesome Recipe :)

Excellent recipe. I made according to directions. After rolling I rolled them again in three different toppings...coconut, coco, and crushed walnts. They are delicious. Made them on the smaller size, bite size, so the recipe yielded 100 truffles. Not bad for a couple of ingredients and a little bit of time.

Really great recipe - a huge hit for everyone who tried them! I followed the directions in the footnotes and added Kahlua to half the batch and Bailey's Irish Cream to the other - both were delicious. I also melted some semisweet chocolate to dip the truffles in - kind of a pain but really great presentation and taste.

ZOMG ! How on earth have I gone my entire life without making these until now LOL!?! The possibilities of this recipe are endless! I added Boca Java Chocolate Hazelnut Heaven coffee to flavor mine. I rolled some in powdered sugar, some in cocoa and the rest I dipped in melted chocolate. I used Ghirardelli 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate. I plan to experiment further next time. I will let ya know what I come up with!

These had a wonderful texture. I am only giving four stars because it would have been way too sweet as written. I halved the sugar and used low fat cream cheese. Dipped in semi-sweet chocolate. Delicious!
