Very good dish! I will decrease the cream cheese next time because it was very rich.

Yum! I used reduced fat crescent rolls and reduced fat cream cheese and it was still very good and rich. What an easy, convenient recipe.

This is so easy and always makes a great reason to get together for coffee!! I have my husband's office mates angry with me for sending it because they can't resist eating too much of it...Hey, I didn't twist their arm!

These were really good! I did use half the filling as suggested in other reviews but otherwise made the recipe exactly. I lined the baking pan with foil then a layer of parchment paper. Husband loved them. This is a keeper.

Easy to make but not a great taste. Way too much spread with hardly any flavor.

This recipe did not work for me, the bottom of the danish had started to burn after only 10 minutes, will try again with a teflon coated pan and see if I have better luck. I did use 2 rolls of crescent dough and only 1 pkg of cream cheese and still had quite a bit of the cheese mixture left over, as it does make a lot of filling.

This tasted just like McDonalds cream cheese danish. My kids and husband went nuts over this recipe. I took the advice of others and cut the cream cheese mixture in half and also used 1/4 cup of splenda sugar blend for baking. I may even try less sugar blend next time. Thanks Natalie. A keeper for sure!

I have made this recipe many times to rave reviews! I did make a few changes though. I used 1 1/2 pakcages of crescent rolls for the crust and used the remaining half a package to create a lattice on the top of the bars. I also omitted the sour cream because I didn't have any on hand. Enjoy!

This is the best cream cheese danish that I have ever tasted. I have taken it to several work related events and always get asked for the recipe. There is never a crumb left!

Not bad! I took the harder approach and sliced the canned crescent rolls into 40 slices (20/roll). Made the whole filling amount w/exact ingredients listed and added 1/2 T. of sifted flour to stabilize it, had about 1/4 c. left over. The crescent rolls lack the true flavor of danish pastry (buttery/sugary), so next time I'll beat 1 egg w/1 T. water, brush the rounds and sprinkle w/a little sugar before filling them. When you make them this way (rounds vs. sheet-style), they take about 15 min. Watch them closely, and let them get golden brown for more of a bakery effect. I put about 1/2 T. of filling (before baking!)after indenting middle of the crescent rounds - was more than enough, and they will settle (shrink) a little when cool. I used parchment paper on the baking sheets - worth the investment, cleanup's a breeze! Also - the glaze was very stiff, but you want it that way to firm up like a frosting. An easier way to drizzle them is: 1) Make the glaze in a micro-safe dish, nuke for 5-10 seconds (watch closely, don't boil it - just want to make the glaze "pourable"), use a funnel to put it in a squeeze bottle, and drizzle away on COOLED pastries (so it doesn't run, makes it more authentic). I may try next time with puff pastry rounds in a muffin pan. Your friends will be impressed.

This was super easy to make and tasted great. I did have to warn all of my eaters though that it was super sweet and to avoid it if they had a cavity. :-)

This was easy! I will say that. My faimly like it, but it just tasted like store bought can cressent rolls. I guess maybe i should find a better brand. I would also cut down on the cream cheese mixture. It did seem like way too much and maybe add a little fruit spread or something. I will make it again, trying new ways cause like i said my faimly did enjoy it.

Very very good. YUM! I cut the recipe in 1/2 (scaled to 5) and put it in an 8 x 8 pan. Baked for 25 minutes, but could have gone the entire 30 minutes. Also took the advice of other reviews and cut the cream cheese mixture in 1/2 (I thought 1/2 the cream cheese was perfect) Left everything else the same. Taste great!
