This is an awesome recipe! But I got confused on the whole baking mix/biscuit thing, so I pinched raw biscuits into the milk and baking mix mixture and then added it to the soup. I was afraid I had messed up the recipe but it turned out to be really good! Not as good as mommas but still awesome! Plus its really easy, I'm only 17 and even I didn't mess it up!

Added lots of garlic and a little basil from the garden, along with quite a few veggies. It was delicious! I actually just made biscuits on the side, and after we ate, I turned the leftovers into chicken noodle soup for my sister. Thanks for a flexible base recipe.

This is a tasty and fast recipe. I added some frozen vegetables in the last few minutes of cooking, and nearly doubled the amount of broth. Also, adding some herbs (I really like tarragon in this) adds some flavor depth. In all, it's a great recipe!

My husband said this recipe was almost perfect. I did add two more cups of broth because it just didn't seem like there was enough.

This was a pretty good basic recipe. I added a chopped onion to the celery and carrots and sauteed them in butter. I added about twice as much salt, pepper and poultry seasoning as well as some garlic powder because we like things more savory. It was enjoyed by all!

Okay, i can never follow a recipe to a "T" unless I'm baking, but even so, this chicken and dumplings was great!!! I did add 1 1/2 diced potatoes, 1/2 cup of frozen corn, and 1 cup of non fat milk to the broth w/ some flour to make it a tad bit thicker, oh, and I increased the broth to 32 ounces of chicken broth. What can i say, I love it soupy, and it actually turned out perfect!!!

This is a good base recipe. I finely chop an onion, and add some minced garlic and saute it with the celery. I also add thyme, and rosemary and make my own herb dumplings. If I have them on hand I also add frozen mixed vegetables. Thanx for the recipe.

This was just so so for me. I did add a little broccoli and corn that I had leftover to the veggies, but otherwise followed it exactly. It was kind of bland...

This is a wonderful dish that I have made a number of times. I use my own biscuit mix, but the thing that makes this dish really tasty is the poultry seasoning.
