DH absolutely loved this. I did add the whole box of chicken stock also (48oz) to make it more brothy and added 2 of the fajita seasoning mixes. DH likes spicy, so also added one small jalapeno. Thanks for a terrific and super easy meal. I did not saute anything. Just put everything in the stock pot and let it simmer away. Chicken breast chunks were super tender and moist. This is phase one worthy of south beach diet also. yum!

Just a bit salty and could use more beans. We also sprinkled some freshly shredded cheese on top!

This recipe was great even with my modifications. I didn't have peppers or black beans so I used: cannelinni beans (white kidney beans), diced tomates seasoned with onions and peppers, garlic and onion powder. It turned out awesome. My whole family enjoyed it.

This soup is soooo good. I would rather eat this than fajitas. Tripled the recipe for a party with the exception of I only used 2 packs of fajita seasoning and it turned out wonderful. After cooking as per the directions I put it in my crockpot basically to keep warm. Had raves about the soup. Thanks, Gweb8 for sharing.

I love this soup! To make it even easier, I used the frozen bagged peppers and onions and swap green chiles for the poblano. Very filling!

Fantastic! So quick and easy. I changed some things due to what I had on hand. No red peppers, no hot peppers, homemade fajita seasoning, only had zesty chili tomatoes, meant to add rotel tomato sauce but forgot. Cubed my chicken breasts. This one is a keeper. Thanks for sharing!
