Really enjoyed. I had left over BBQ chicken that I used. I did add additional items. Additional 1/2 cup salsa to cream cheese, 1/2 cup diced jalapenos, 1 small can green chilis and 1 can enchilada sauce. Poured 1/2 can enchilada sauce on bottom of pan and remaining salsa and enchilada sauce on top of enchiladas.

I use half the amount of cream cheese and put enchilada sauce in the bottom and on top (roll tortillas up in the sauce and they get a nice, thin coating of it)

Sooooo good! The cream cheese and salsa combination is amazing. I always follow a recipe the first time but will be making these again with different additions.

My husband is still raving about these and we ate them over 2 weeks ago. Love the recipe for the simplicity. Like other reviewers, I cut the cream cheeze in 1/2 and added a can of green chilis.

This recipe was too cream-cheesy. If you're used to Tex-Mex enchiladas you might as well take out the cream cheese and use 1/2 the amt of another cheese to 'set' the inside. And what happened to the enchilada sauce! Maybe call it a different name. Tasted too much like Jose Ole right out of the grocery freezer.

Easy and good recipe. I did take other people's advice and used only half the cream cheese. My husband loved them and I liked them.

This was absolutely the best-I used enchilada sauce instead of salsa and put some enchilada sauce on the bottom and top-AMAZING and EASY!

My husband & I loved it! I like to eat low fat menu items so I was able to tweak the recipe & it was still awesome! I usually don't eat enchiladas when we go out to restaurants b/c of cals b/ this was great & still tasted like it was full fat. I added the rotel mix that was recommended & used the fat free sour cream & 97% fat free cream of chk. My husband couldn't stop saying how much he loved it & he is hard to please! It will definitely be in my monthly rotation.

I just made this and the filling is DIVINE. I boiled the chicken tender breasts in some salt, pepper, garlic and some taco seasoning to give the chicken some flavor...took the chicken out and let it cool. I then shredded the chicken and added a dash of taco seasoning and pepper. I put enchilada sauce on the bottom and on top (not too much to over power). This is a very tasty and easy dish to make. I will use this when my in laws come to town :)

very very good! we used onion and chive cream cheese for just a bit more umpf. This will be as good as the salsa used ( i used jalepeno & cilantro) also added some enchilda sauce to bottom and top of prepared tortillas. I could eat this every other night! YUMMY

These were actually pretty good and better than I expected. I did add a little extra salsa because it was very cream-cheesy and next time I will add more beans. I topped these with enchilada sauce, a lot of cheese and sliced black olives. I doubled the recipe and they were devoured by my husband and kids.

Excellent! Quick and Easy. I don't normally have cream cheese so had to run to the market but it was well worth the trip.I have made it twice already..once with red enchilada sauce, once with the green chili verdi sauce.

I really like this one. It's pretty dang easy. I, too, use red enchilada sauce and pour it over the top. To make it even easier, you can use canned chicken (it sounds gross, but there are a couple good brands out there), and I really like using uncooked tortillas (they cook in the 30 mins in the oven. The last 5 minutes I take the tin foil off and brown a cheese a bit. Other than that, I leave everything the way it is.

very quick and easy. I used canned enchilada sauce on the bottom of the pan before putting in the enchiladas as well as on top. I also cooked my chicken in a tortilla soup seasoning with a little water and added the onion to it after the chicken was mostly done just to intensify the flavor some.
