These Enchiladas were a hit with my family. They were easy, although I added Enchilada sauce over the top before cooking them. Yum Yum!

I changed a lot! I added chicken broth and not the entire can of cream of chicken.

I am just beginning to cook and this was a very quick and easy recipe. This was my first time making chicken enchiladas and they were delicious. I sprinkled sliced black olives on top after the enchiladas had cooked. Very yummy!

I halved this recipe. Which means I had 1/2 can of soup and a 1/2 can of chilies left, so I thinned the soup with a little milk, added the chilies to it and poured this sauce over the top before I baked them. Yum! Only thing I'll change next time, is to cut back a little on the sour cream to suit our tastes.

Excellent recipe. However I did one thing differnt.. I sauted my chicken with chili powder in a tbsp of oil first then mixed it all together. I dont like hot and spicy so I omitted the green chiles but the chili powder gave it enough of a kick for us. The sour cream just helps make it so creamy too! Thanks

These were very easy to make. I did add some hot sauce to the mixture just to add a little heat. Also added olives and green onion. Need to let it stand for about 10-15 minutes before you eat, otherwise it will be too runny. Hubby liked it so I will make again.

These are good, even though they don't taste like enchiladas I've had at Mexican restaurants or in Mexico. The cream of chicken, sour cream, and cheese flavors together make me think more of casseroles I've had. I used wheat tortillas to get a little added fiber. DH loved them.

I don't understand the praise that this recipe gets. The enchiladas came out to gooey.. I am not sure what exactly contributed to that part. Maybe too much sour cream, mixed with the cream of chicken. I was so dissapointed.. this recipe is not for those who do not like soggy tortillas. Maybe I will try again but reducing the filling.

These are delicious!!!! I used Mexican blend cheese and green onion. I also added about 1/4 cup of chunky salsa. I used burrito size flour tortillas and topped it off with red enchilada sauce before baking. All that was left to do was melt the cheese on top sprinkle with the chopped greens from the green onion and they looked like something that came out of a Mexican restaurant. Serve with a side of Spanish rice and you have a great meal in no time at all!

This is one of my favorite recipes! It really is outstanding. Warning, that it does make quite a bit. I took the leftovers to work and shared with colleagues, and now the recipe has circulated with many of the girls. I cut the recipe down the next time I made it. Even my boyfriend's extremely picky father enjoyed this. Great recipe!

Great hit! I half the cheese and sour cream though so it wouldn't be too fattening. =) Occasionally I would use jalapenos instead of diced chilies. Every one loves it! Green sauce is good too.

This was THE best! I added cream cheese and green chili enchilada sauce. Used only 1 cup of light sour cream and white corn tortillas. I also layered everything instead of rolling up the tortillas.

I thought this recipe was really good. The first time I made this recipe I had my Mom my stepdad my boyfriend and one of our close friends over for dinner and everybody loved it :). I've made this two other times now :). And If you have filling left over just put it over the top and bake it for however long and its wonderful :).

My husband and I love this!!! It is a little rich, but it lasts a couple of days and we never get tired of eating it. I used chopped turkey last night instead of chicken. It was awesome!

This is a great recipe! My family loves it! I added the enchilada sauce to the top to make it less dry, and I also put the cooked chicken in a food processor before mixing it and it more evenly distributed the chicken in the mix that way. But, this makes more than enough for leftovers and some to freeze after feeding a family of 3!
