This is a great, lite side salad. We have had it a few times the past couple of weeks and everyone has liked it a lot. I just made a couple of minor changes: added more basil to the dressing, subbed honey for the sugar, added avocado, and omitted the jalapeno (when kids were going to be eating it.) Thanks for sharing, cookbookangie!
