This recipe sounded great...right up until I got to the part where you microwave everything. Microwaving isn't cooking, and i won't even try this recipe unless it's rewritten for conventional cooking.

Used a Normandy blend of vegetables. It went over very well at our family reunion. So good and easy, too!

was looking for a new broccoli and cheese recipe and came across this one. This tasted just 'ok' would have been happier to create the sauce on the stove top and probably would take out the sour cream if i made again.

Good. I finished it under the broiler so the top got crispy. Best way to eat cauliflower!

Absolutely awesome. I made this recipe for 4 servings, and it was only enough for 2. I eliminated the RITZ crackers as I didn't feel the need for them, and also didn't use the cauliflower (just briccoli). Other than that I stuck to the recipe as closely as I could. Overall, it was extremely tasty. I wouldn't call it au gratin, but I will definetly make it again. My wife and I loved it.
