I thought this was really good, and I am a really picky eater. I took the advice of some of the other comments and added diced tomatoes with green chili. Also, I didn't want it too spicy, so I did not add the hot sauce. I also cooked the rice in a rice pot. This was great and I had it again the next day. I had company over as well and they do not like vegetables, so they just picked out the chicken and sausage and poured juice over their rice and they loved it.
