I don't know what the person who gave it one star is talking about. This recipe is SOOOOOO easy and delicious. And it's such a GREAT basic recipe that you can just do a few alterations and make many different kinds of quiches with it. THE BEST!!!! Thank you for posting it. So easy and not as many ingredients as other quiches I have tried.

OMG ... made this quiche for dinner tonight, but I did make some substitutions, did not have fresh broccoli, so I used a 12 oz bag of steam fresh broccoli cuts, which I microwaved and added to pan. I also used 1/2 cup egg substitue(approx. 2eggs) and 1 reg. egg. I also used 3/4c 2%milk and combined 1/2 mozzarella/1/2 cheddar cheese. I pressed 1/2 of the cheese on bottom of pie crust , added the broccoli, and the egg & milk, topped with remaining cheese. Bake 350 deg. for 45min and it was awesome. Will definately make again and again.

Took way longer to cook that I hoped! I made 2 so I knew it would take longer, but it was about an hour. I added "real crumbled bacon". Very tasty...but plan about 2 hours before you are eating!

Like many of the others, I too had a soggy crust, even after following the directions to a "T". So I tried this a second time but cooked my crust first and had amazing results. Thank you!!

This is a great recipe for broccoli quiche. I add some green food coloring to this on St. Patrick's day for a fun dish for my broccoli-loving daughter.

Very tasty! However, this took much longer than 30 minutes to bake (closer to 50 minutes). Also, I bought a 9" deep dish crust and ingredients were left over. Will use less than 1.5 cups of milk next time.

Very tasty! I used 1 cup half and half instead of 1 1/2 cups milk. I also didn't use the butter.

Great Recipe. I added sausage links that I cook seperately and then added to broccoli mixture. I also used half an onion. So great my boys loved it!

I just made this recipe for dinner tonight. I give it a 5 for taste, but it took at least an hour for it to cook all the way through. I made this almost to the written directions, but made a few changes. I added some chopped ham, and instead of mozzarella cheese, I used cheddar cause I thought it would taste better with the broccoli . Other than taking longer than expected, very yummy!
