I made this for my mom for her birthday. She loved it. I am not too found of quiche, but this had a nice flavor to it. I would make it for her again, but I don't know that I would for our family.

Wonderful!! We added about 1/2 cup ham and 1/4 cup green pepper. We also used half swiss and half moz cheese and cut the milk to 1 cup. It cooked for about 45 min and was the best quiche I have had in a long time! Everyone loved it!

I really love this quiche! I have made it for a few brunches and everyone loves it. I had to cook longer than the recipe calls for, so plan ahead for that. I have also made this ahead, cooked it the night before and left in on the counter overnight, then just warmed it in the oven in the morning and it turned out great!

Wow, my family was hesitant to eating Quiche, "what else are we having" they said...then it was "is there more?" Fabulous! I added a diced chicken breast and a few tablespoons of real bacon bits. Definately going to "my favorite file!"

Great recipe. Made it as stated with the fresh broccoli and had no problems at all. Cooked in 33 minutes. I did cut the onion in half since the wife doesn't care for them so much, but otherwise ignored the comments and had both me and the wife loved it.

Despite using fresh broccoli, the resulting quiche was a little watery. I also decreased the eggs to three and the milk to one cup. The quiche also had to cook about ten minutes longer. I recommend this recipe, but also highly suggest using the amount of eggs and milk that I did. Over all, a good recipe that I will make again!

This is definitely a delicious and easy recipe which I have made many times; the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the middle of the crust has never been done. My attempts at pre-baking have so far been unsuccessful, but I do recommend the recipe to more experienced bakers!

My way is even easier. I used a box of frozen chopped broccoli (thawed of course), 3 eggs, 1 cup soy milk. If you chop the onion and garlic small enough there is no need to saute anything since it cooks almost an hour in the oven. I put the cheese on the bottom as suggested by previous reviewer and mixed everything else and put on top of the cheese. I did add a little Mrs. Dash to the mix. It took 50 minutes to cook completely and it turned out great!!

a very nice base for a quiche...I added chopped baked potatoes and lipton onion soup mix. I also used less eggs, only 2 eggs and it came out fine.

I loved the quality of this quice and got raves from my roommates for sunday brunch! Although I added 4 slightly boiled asparagas cut into small pieces in the mix, also placed small thin cheese slices ontop and broiled the quiche at the end for a few minutes until bubbly and golden brown.

The recipe is soo delicious. My only tip would be to be really careful when pouring the eggs over the broccoli. I poured too much and it made quite a mess in my oven. You may also want to cut back on the milk that you add to the eggs.

This was really good, but I thought there was too much onion, according to the original recipe. Next time I'll do 1/2 an onion finely chopped. We used Swiss cheese instead of mozzarella because that's what I had on hand and I thought that was really good. So very good...next time I'll reduce the onion, add some celery and maybe add some herbs.

Instead of broccoli, I put ham and pineapple. Although, you should bake the pie crust first and only use fresh pineapple instead of canned. If you like hawaiian pizza - you'll love this one too.
