Too tart for me so I added another box of Jello and Pineapple Tidbits with the juice and hot water to make 2-cups water. Threw it all in the blender and back in the refrigerater. Much better now. I might mention that I used altogether two boxes of "sugar free" raspberry gelatin .44 oz boxes. And I always use sugar substitute when cooking/baking anything.

Very good! I didn't have ginger-ale. I did have a cherry-cola and used it instead. It worked out fine. Still had the tartness this recipe needs. I will make this again. Thanks!
