INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak, 3/4 inch thick
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen vegetable pasta blend

DIRECTIONS

  1. Slice beef into very thin strips.
  2. Heat oil in skillet. Add beef and cook until browned, stirring often.
  3. Add soup, water and vegetable/pasta blend. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done.
