As is, this is ok.
I left the sliced mushrooms out due to preference and subbed a can of cream of mushroom. To make it healthier, I use olive oil instead of butter. Sauteed some chopped garlic (1/2 - 1 T?) with the onions, and drained it the beef & onions before adding the sauce.
I only use about two T of flour to balance the taste, and add about a quater of a cup milk to make it saucier. Very easy and quick!
My Ingredients: 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 onion, 2-4 T olive oil, 2 lbs beef, 2 T flour, 1/2 c sour cream, 1/4 c milk
