FANTASTIC!! I didn't have a full green pepper so I used 1/4 green pepper, 1/4 red pepper, and 1/4 yellow pepper. I also only had a red onion. I used the 2T of chili pepper as called for but I was worried that it woule be too spicy for my liking but it wasn't at all. I was AWESOME!! I can't wait to make it again!! Oh yeah and my husband loved it too!

Really good recipe and super easy too. I had all the ingredients on hand and it cooked all in one pan. I omitted the green peppers because I don't like them and it was still really good. I served with biscuits and baked squash for a great autumn night dinner.

This was super easy and very yummy. I used boneless pork chops and I could see using this for chicken as well.

I've been making this recipe for a couple of years now. I use about 1/2 tablespoon of chili powder. I don't always have the celery on hand, and it still turns out fine. My whole family will eat this, including my picky 8 year old. They all say it tastes almost like sweet and sour.

This recipe was very good. I cut back by almost half on the chili powder and it was fine. I felt 2 tbs would be too much. I also used olive oil instead of canola and used America's cut pork chops. (boneless) Didnt use celery because I didn't have it and used red pepper flakes because I didn't have fresh. It was very good! Thinking the sauce would make great sloppy joe's, too! Everyone liked it! Will definitely make again.

This is a very simple and delicious recipe. I didn't have celery on hand but it still turned out great. I only used 1 tablespoon of chili powder because I didn't want it to be too spicy.
