I am giving it 4 stars because I changed it and I used this as a base. I ommitted the veggies and lemon. I thought that fishy tasting veggies would not taste good. I melted the butter with the garlic and Old Bay seasoning. I poured the butter mixture over the fish. I baked for about 20 minutes. Then, I took about a cup of panko breadcrumbs with some parmesan cheese and spread that on top of the fish. I stuck it back in the oven until the breadcrumbs browned. My family LOVED it. Even my three year old loves it.

So easy! I used fresh broccoli and cauliflower. The fish tasted a little "fishy" but the lemon added really great flavor. Vegetables were delicious.

This is an excellent recipe. Effortless preparation, and easy one dish clean up. More important than either of these things, the result was light, flavorful fish with just the right amount of seasoning and the vegetables pick up a subtle lemon flavor. The better half has never cared much for tilapia, but really enjoyed this and ate a double serving.

Easy and delicious! The fish comes out perfectly cooked and still moist. I've done this with salmon, too. Yummy!

I have used this recipe many times, with a variety of different veggies. I probably use more Old Bay than is originally called for. My family loves it, and it just doesn't get any easier than this!!

I followed this recipe exactly and it was delicious! I cooked it with cauliflower and the timing was dead on, and the flavor was wonderful. This is a great recipe for those trying to eat healthy or follow a diet plan.

this was the Tilapia recipe i've been looking for. Me and my girlfriend loved it. The only thing I did different was to use fresh Broccoli instead of frozen mixed. I baked it at 375 f for about 25 minutes. I added the juices from the pan to some seasoned white rice for the perfect side. This was very easy to make and very healthy.

I made this recipe last evening for my boyfriend and I. Used frozen/ fresh tilapia. This was outstanding! Very tender and flavorful. Next time, I will use a bit more Old Bay seasoning as we like just a kick more of flavor. But this was a really easy and healthy meal to prepare. Served it over rice pilaf and asparagus spears! Will definitely make again.

I made this fish today and we really liked it. I added more butter and melted it. I also put the seasoning in the melted butter and then brushed the butter on the fish before baking it. You are going to have to add more seasoning otherwise it will be bland. I added more of the seasoning stated, but I also added some black pepper as well as ceyenne pepper as I am from the south and we like our food spicy. I baked for 25 mins covered and then 5 mins uncovered. The reason I did this is because if you are going to add vegetables to it you are going to want to cook it uncovered so it is not swimming in liquid. I also thawed out my vegetables before cooking them also...overall I thought its was a great easy dinner!!! Something I will be making again!!! Thanks for such a great recipe for a beginner cook like me!!!

This recipe is so easy and so good. I could only find frozen broccoli and cauliflower (no peppers), so I used that. My entire family really liked it!

This recipe was so easy to make and my daughter ate every last bite of it! Instead of the Old Bay Seasoning, which I did not have, I used Mrs. Dash Table Blend with extra garlic and it was yummy!

My family loved this recipe. The tilapia turned out great! I made it with Broccoli with Red Peppers- which is also an AllRecipes dish- and mashed potatoes. My husband loved it and wants me to make it again soon!! Very healthy and tasty.
