It was so good. My family even liked it and they are very picky eaters.

It was really good. I only made two fillets with it and it worked since I am the only one who eats fish in my house. It was perfect for dinner and lunch the next day. I took a whole lemon and cut it up and put two slices on both fillets and then squeezed the rest of the lemon on the tilapia and it turned out really good.

I eat fish all the time, and to me, this recipe was mediocre. It could use a little more seasoning. Even so, the seasoning doesn't make it "the best fish I've ever had," as so reviewers have mentioned. This recipe, to me, is just okay.

I was concerned that this dish wouldn't have any flavor given how easy it was, but the fish and the veggies were super delicious! Definite bonus that it's healthy for you too. Will add it to the regular fish rotation.

8/09 very good, i melted the butter first and poured it over the fish, old bay, lemmon pepper, parsley garlic powder and fresh lemon slices. used fresh zuccini. larry thought it was too salty and too buttery.

I never have leftovers when I fix this dish, and it's great for a night when you're in a hurry. I like to use fresh veggies instead of frozen. I typically use squash, zucchini, carrots, broccoli, bell pepper, onion, and eggplant, or whatever I have in the fridge. I don't have old bay seasoning, so I always play around with herbs and put on whatever smells good to me at the time. thyme, rosemary, oregano, and a little bit of chili powder for a kick is hard to beat. the lemon adds a great kick at the end as well. fabulous dish.

I really hate the taste of tilapia, but it's cheap and easy to prepare, so I usually look for recipes that cover up the taste of the fish. I could still taste the tilapia's fishy, dirty flavor in this one, but I still give it 5 stars for ease of prepration and cost of ingredients. Plus my husband liked it, so that makes it a keeper. I'll just add more garlic and lemon next time and that will probably help, for me.

This one gets 5 stars just for the sheer ease of it. I did just the fish and it was so easy and turned out great. I didn't have any Old Bay, so I used McCormick seasoning for chicken and fish, and it was perfect.

I was pretty excited about how easy this sounded. I don't get home from work until 6:30, so throwing frozen veggies in a pan with fish, spices, and lemon and having a meal 30 minutes later sounded great! But the frozen veggies just don't cook at the same rate that the fish does. After 45 minutes I took it all out and had to microwave the veggies the rest of the way so they would be edible. Yes, the flavor of the fish was good--but it's not exactly groundbreaking news that Old Bay, garlic powder, and lemon makes for good fish. If I were to make this again, I would follow the advice of other reviewers and thaw out the veggies first. I just wish the recipe had said to do that in the first place. As written, I was pretty disappointed.

I would really give this 4.5 stars because my boyfriend liked it more than I did. It is mild, and fresh tasting. I used frozen broccoli. Very easy. Cover it with foil when you bake it for sure.

5 stars with more seasonings. I followed the recipe closely, but added more seasonings, unfortunately it still needed flavor. Really bump up the seasoning. I lined my pan with foil and it made for super easy clean-up. I prepped almost all of it the night before and just threw in the vegetables before putting it in the oven. Will likely make again! Thanks F_Gory!

I liked this! Didnt change much just added paprika and parsley. Also didnt have brocolli. My fish turned out perfect baked 375 for 20 mins. Dont care much for the veggies they did have a fishy taste to them but I think that may be why the fish turned out so good. My boyfriend said "This is the best tilapia you have made so far" and I make this fish alot. I eat fish once a week so this will be one recipe on the rotating fish list.
