This is a WEEKLY staple in our home! It's the Easiest and Healhiest fish I have ever made that my family LOVES. I once forgot the lemon slices and my son was quickly disappointed! I don't deviate much from the recipe, it's easy! I go light on the butter and have switched up my veggie choices. I've added many different frozen selections from my local grocers freezer to "change" our healthy meal. I've even added fresh veggies half-way into our baking time. Thank you for this wonderful, healthy meal!

My fam loved it and requested it the next day. I did add parmesan cheese and bread crumbs to the top. I didn't add the veggies and served with sauteed spinach instead. Will definetly try the veggies in the pan next time.

I used lemon juice instead of lemons and blackened seasoning instead of old bay seasoning. I did not use the vegetables.

Easy but delicious. Only change was that, instead of butter I used coconut oil. Fabulous.

This is delish! Made it last night subbing EVOO for the butter and cooked without the veggies. I served with brown rice and snowpeas. It was filling, light on the calories and SOOOO GOOOD! Will definitely make again!

I absolutely loved this dish. I really don't like fish most of the time but this recipe really surprised me. I used frozen Tilapia and frozen veggies (carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower mix). I didn't have fresh lemon so I just poured about a Tbsp. of juice over the fish, drizzled them with evoo, salt, pepper, and the seasonings mentioned. I surrounded them with the veggies and put some margarine on top. Since I used frozen fish I had to cook it for a few extra minutes. It turned out wonderfully. Thanks!

This was only ok, not bad, but not good. I added extra seasoning, etc. but it was still pretty bland. A bummer since I really like tilapia. Probably won't make this again.

This was great, but here's how we cooked it: We thawed frozen brussels sprouts and used fresh tomatoes for the vegetables. Old Bay, garlic powder and lemon pepper front and back. Dabs of butter and slices of lemon on top of the fish while in the oven. Cook covered for 20 minutes, sprinkle everything with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and bake for an additional 10 minutes. \It would have been so healthy if I hadn't had macaroni and cheese as the side dish! *smile*

This was my first time using Old Bay seasoning (I had a sample packet). With the garlic salt added, this was way TOO salty. Plus with the lemon juice and the vegetables, my fish was slightly soggy.

Easy, tasty way to prepare a rather bland fish! I melted about 2 Tbs butter, added a bit of olive oil, and then mixed in a generous sprinkle of Old Bay, along with juice of 1/2 lemon. I brushed this over both sides of the fish. I also had some shallots lying around, so I minced them and put them on top of the fish. I did not add any additional salt, as Old Bay is full of it already! Baked on 375 for 20 min covered, and then 10 min uncovered with some added panko, parmesan, and paprika. Served with lemon slices, over steamed rice and fresh broccoli. Great healthy weeknight recipe!

Excellent recipe! Followed it to the letter, except I used frozen tilapia and veggies. I let it thaw a bit before putting it in the oven, but it still only took about 25 minutes to cook. I will be making this again and again.
